HuiLing goes ‘Around the World’ and visits Australia

Following our successful presentation of France to HuiLing, we followed up with a presentation of Australia on January 27th 2010.

The monthly educational program, ‘Around the World’, involves Rotaract members introducing different countries of the world to HuiLing trainees through geography, art, music and food-making activities.

The trainees were able to discover kangaroos, listen to Australian aboriginal music, bake and eat Anzac Day cookies, paint their own didgeridoos and art pieces.

Huiling was born as a simple shelter for mentally disabled persons. Now it includes various types of service and accepts people with mental disabilities of any age and social condition. Find out more about HuiLing on their website here.
