In the spirit of the upcoming holidays, Adlyn Adam Teoh, founder of Hias Gourmet (http://www.hiasgourmet.com/) will be talking about the most important meal of the Chinese calendar year, the Chinese New Year eve’s dinner. She will discuss the meaning and symbolism behind festive food and regional specialties behind the Da Nian San Shi meal.
