Clothing Drive 2011: Sorting Days

On February 19th and 20th, Rotaract Beijing volunteers partnered with staff from the to sort clothes donated over the course of our January clothing drive. The second annual event was quite successful, resulting in a delivery of over a half ton of gently used clothes (60 large bags) to Roundabout in Beijing. Roundabout will sell some of the clothes in its store to raise money to buy other useful clothes. Then it will distribute these clothes to those in need in China along with the remaining clothes from the Rotaract event. Thank you to our partners and Rotaract volunteers for a job well done!
