The quarterlife crisis is a common phase among 20-somethings. It’s marked by feeling anxious, lost, and overwhelmed by the question: “What do you want to do with your life?” Drawing on true stories and factual research, Ann will reveal what the quarterlife crisis is really about. She’ll also offer tips and exercises for getting through it yourself, and for supporting others during this pivotal time.
Ann Elizabeth Grace is the author of Confusion to Clarity: The Twentysomething’s Guide to Finding Your Calling. Facing her own quarterlife crisis inspired the writing of this book—along with countless discussions with other young adults grappling with questions of identity, career, and relationships.
